How does the card work?

It’s an EFS card that works at discounted truck stop locations only (non-discounted stops are blocked to protect your margins). Use the app to pick the best station, then enter your truck number and driver ID at the pump. If there’s an issue, try the fuel desk or contact billing@aronsonfuel.com (number on back of card).

How does billing work?

How the Deposit Works Your deposit is like a security deposit on a house rental—it protects both sides. It sits in a non-interest-bearing account and is only used if all other payment methods fail. We never pull from it unless absolutely necessary. If your account is ever closed in good standing, your deposit is fully refundable and returned via ACH within about 7 days.
